TB-Group AB cares about your privacy, and we want you to feel safe and secure when you share your personal data with us.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect as law in all EU member states as of 25 May 2018. The objectives of GDPR include the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, in particular their right to the protection of personal data. In all our contacts, TB-Group AB strives to protect the privacy of the individual with regard to how we manage, store and protect personal data. The term personal data refers to any information relating to a natural person. Examples of personal data could include your name, contact details or CV. Our storage of personal data is always based on valid legal grounds, for example a contract, consent or a legitimate interest.
Who is responsible for my personal data?
The legal person TB-Group AB (corporate ID number 559096–6759) is the controller in relation to your personal data, which means that we are responsible for the personal data that is processed within the framework for our business activities, and for ensuring that the processing complies with applicable legislation.
What personal data do you save about me as a candidate?
You consent to our saving of the above personal data when you send us your CV. We only save your CV for 36 months, after which your profile is culled.
As TB-Group AB works with headhunting, we may sometimes obtain personal data from a third party, for example LinkedIn. If your profile is of interest, we contact you to obtain your consent as well as any additional information, which may contain personal data such as the examples listed above. As a basic principle we recommend that you do not include sensitive personal data in the information you provide to us via (for example) your CV, as such data is not needed for this purpose. Examples of sensitive personal data could include data revealing racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or information about your children. When obtaining references, this only occurs based on your explicit consent, and TB-Group’s procedure for obtaining references means that no personal data regarding referees is saved for longer than necessary.
All personal data saved by TB-Group AB is saved for recruitment purposes.

Recruiting in the area of IT/Tech is no easy matter. In fact, we believe that this may be the most difficult and time-consuming assignment that exists in recruitment, in particular when the process involves individuals who are renowned for their expertise and experience. So how should one approach recruitment in this area? We have yet to find a magic formula, but we have succeeded in developing a concept that feels extremely close to the optimal approach.
The members of our recruitment team in IT/Tech have been specifically headhunted by our company for their specialist expertise, interest and contact networks in the industry, and some of us have a professional background in design and development. This has provided us with an extremely good understanding of the challenges faced by our clients as well as the candidates we identify. Our IT/Tech recruitment team possesses specialist expertise in areas such as Infrastructure, System Development, Product Development, Mechanics and Embedded Systems, Design and Game Development.
All companies need a finance department, and this is something that can easily be taken for granted as a function that simply always exists and works well. However, when a vacancy arises in a company’s finance department it quickly becomes noticeable, and it is at such times that we want to be there to provide a helping hand.
We have recruiters with a professional background as accountants and finance specialists, and this provides us with an extremely good understanding of the language used by clients and candidates in this area.
The construction industry is TB-Group’s original business area and the area in which we have the longest expertise and experience. Over the years, our unique model has enabled us to build up a wide-ranging network of personal contacts and internal recommendations. This means that we can reach individuals beyond standard channels such as LinkedIn and advertising, which is a necessity in this industry.
We use our long-standing experience to train our recruiters internally, an approach that has enabled many of us to become specialists in this area.
For us, developing expertise in the field of Civil Engineering/Infrastructure has been a natural progression from our original business area of Construction.
Our clients find it difficult to recruit the right candidates in this area, as the sphere can often feel very small and the target profiles are extremely specific, which means that the best candidates are in great demand. Our approach helps our clients to focus on quality and find the right candidate for their specific needs. Over time, we have developed an optimal model for this area and have built up a large database of potential candidates.
