The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became law in all EU Member States from 25 May 2018. This aims, among other things, to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular your right to the protection of personal data. TB-Group AB strives to protect the privacy of individuals in all our contacts regarding how we handle, store and protect personal data. Personal data refers to anything that can be linked to a natural person. It can be name, contact information or resume. Our storage of personal data is always based on a legal basis for example, agreement, consent or balance of interests.
Who is responsible for your personal data?
The legal entity TB-Group AB (registration number 559096-6759) is the data controller, which means that we are responsible for the personal data processed within the framework of our business and that the processing complies with applicable legislation.
What personal data do you store about me as a candidate?
- Your name
- Contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number and address
- Birthdate
- Previous jobs and positions
- Photo
- Your CV
- Link to your LinkedIn profile
You consent to the above personal data when you send us your CV. We will only save your CV for 36 months and then your profile will be deleted.
Since TB-Group AB works with headhunting, it happens that we collect personal data from third parties, such as LinkedIn. If your profile is interesting, we will contact you for consent and any additional information that may include personal data as above. As a matter of principle, we recommend that you do not include sensitive information to us, for example, through your CV as it is not needed for this purpose either. Examples of sensitive information may include, ethnic background, sexual orientation, political views, religious beliefs, union affiliation or data about your children. When taking a reference, this only takes place with your explicit consent and TB Group's routine when taking references means that no reference persons' personal data is stored longer than necessary.
All personal data stored by TB-Group AB is for recruitment purposes.
